This issue has multiple effects on fundamental variables such as investment, employment, production, supply of goods, and the general price level in the current and future economy. The pricing of goods or services in the Islamic market has been a subject of attention since the early Islamic period, under the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the Imams (AS), and, during the period of the Major Occultation, by prominent religious scholars and jurists. Based on numerous narrations and jurisprudential foundations, Islamic jurists (both Sunni and Shia) have presented various views on this matter. A review of jurisprudential texts shows that, although some, considering the short-term effects of government-imposed price controls, lean towards granting such authority to the state, most jurists maintain the prohibition of price-setting.</p> <p>یکی از مباحث مهم دراقتصاد به‌ویژه اقتصاد اسلامی چگونگی تعیین قیمت کالاها و خدمات در بازار است.  این مسئله آثار متعددی روی متغیرهای اساسی چون سرمایه‌گذاری،‌‌ اشتغال، تولید، عرضه کالا و سطح عمومی قیمت‌ها در حال و آینده اقتصاد دارد. قیمت‌‌گذاری کالا یا خدمات در بازار اسلامی از زمان صدر اسلام مورد توجه پیامبر(ص) و ائمه(ع) ودر زمان غیبت کبرا بزرگان و فقیهان دینی قرار گرفته است.بر اساس روایات و مبانی فقهی متعدد، فقهای اسلام (اعم از اهل تسنن و تشیع) نظریات مختلفی در این موضوع ارائه داده‌اند. کنکاش در متون فقهی نشان می‌دهد که اگرچه برخی با توجه به آثار کوتاه‌مدت تعیین دستوری قیمت‌ها توسط دولت گرایش به اعطای چنین اختیاری به دولت دارند اما اغلب بر حرمت قیمت‌‌گذاری قائل هستند.</p> https://csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/345/167
