These violations manifest in various forms and intensities, often indirectly, with extensive and long-term consequences. One of the sanctions that has threatened Iran in recent years is the comprehensive sanction on the oil and gas industry. This industry is considered the lifeline of oil-rich Iran and is intrinsically involved in all economic matters. Over time, the detrimental effects of these sanctions on the lives of the Iranian people and the sanctioned country as a whole have become increasingly evident. This article examines the violation of citizenship rights resulting from the imposition of international sanctions on Iran’s oil and gas industry. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the study seeks to answer the question: How do international sanctions on Iran’s oil and gas industry lead to the violation of citizenship rights? The findings demonstrate that these sanctions have adversely affected the economic and social rights of citizens. Specifically, the sanctions on the oil and gas industry have impacted all aspects of life in Iran, placing significant pressure on its people.</p> <p>تحریم‌های بین‌المللی، اگرچه ابزاری برای اعمال فشار سیاسی و اقتصادی هستند، اما می‌توانند به طور جدی حقوق شهروندی را در کشورهای هدف نقض کنند. این نقض‌ها به اشکال و با شدت‌های متفاوت بروز می‌کنند و اغلب به صورت غیرمستقیم و با پیامدهای گسترده و طولانی مدت هستند. یكی از تحریم‌هایی كه طی سال‌های اخیر كشور ایران را تهدید نموده است؛ تحریم همه جانبه صنعت نفت و گاز است. صنعتی كه به عنوان شریان حیاتی كشور نفت خیز ایران محسوب می‌شود و به نوعی می‌توان آن را در تمام موضوعات مربوط به اقتصاد دخیل دانست. با گذشت زمان آثار زیانبار تحریم‌ها را در زندگی مردم و کشور تحریم شده ایران به وضوح می‌توان شاهد بود. هدف این مقاله نقض حقوق شهروندی ناشی از وضع تحریم‌های بین المللی صنعت نفت و گاز در ایران می‌باشد. این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحلیلی-توصیفی، در پی یافتن پاسخ به این سوال است که تحریم‌های بین المللی صنعت نفت و گاز در ایران چگونه منجربه نقض حقوق شهروندی می‌گردند؟ یافته را تبیین خواهد نمود که در پی تحریم‌های بین المللی صنعت نفت و گاز در ایران، حقوق اقتصادی و اجتماعی شهروندان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. به طوری که تحریم‌های صنعت نفت و گاز بر تمامی ابعاد زندگی مردم ایران تاثیر گذاشته و آن را تحت فشار قرار داده است.</p> https://csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/469/252
