One of the issues within the broader topic of security is economic security, for which the sources and methods of its realization have been a constant topic of discussion. One of the key elements of security is its preservation. This article examines economic security through the lens of Imamiyya jurisprudence using a descriptive method and concludes that jurisprudence pays considerable attention to economic security. It identifies several categories of jurisprudential rules aimed at preserving economic security, which include the following: 1. Rules that prohibit infringement upon the economic security of individuals. 2. Rules that emphasize the economic security of individuals. 3. Rules that limit the economic security of individuals. 4. Rules that pertain to the necessity of compensating damages in the event of an infringement on the economic security of individuals. This article briefly outlines these rules and seeks to achieve economic security through adherence to these jurisprudential rules within an Islamic society.</p> <p>مطالعه درباره امنیت، مقوله‌ای سهل و ممتنع است؛ سهل ازاینرو که افراد نسبت به آن علم حضوری دارند و ممتنع ازاینرو که معانی، ابعاد و ارکان مختلفی را شامل می‌شود که تا حدودی ناشناخته است. یکی از مسائل امنیت، امنیت اقتصادی است که مرجع و راهکارهای تحقق آن همواره مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. یکی از ارکان امنیت، صیانت از آن است. در این مقاله، امنیت اقتصادی در پرتوی فقه امامیه به روش توصیفی بررسی شده است و به این نتیجه رسیده‌ایم که فقه به امنیت اقتصادی توجه نشان داده و اقسامی از قواعد فقهی را برای صیانت از امنیت اقتصادی بیان کرده است که شامل موارد زیر می‌شود: 1. قواعدی که تعرض به امنیت اقتصادی افراد را منع کرده است. 2. قواعدی که بر امنیت اقتصادی افراد تأکید کرده است. 3. قواعدی که امنیت اقتصادی افراد را محدود کرده است. 4. قواعدی که ناظر بر لزوم جبران خسارت در صورت تعرض به امنیت اقتصادی افراد است. این مقاله به‌اختصار به بیان این قواعد پرداخته و به دنبال تحقق امنیت اقتصادی در پایبندی به این قواعد فقهی در جامعه اسلامی است.</p> https://csjlp.org/index.php/csjlp/article/download/70/50
