Within cyberspace, communications have been facilitated, and multimedia data, including video, audio, and text, are readily accessible. Such data are available to users for storage and shared utilization. At present, cyberspace, given its form and nature, has generated both disadvantages and advantages. Consequently, new opportunities and challenges associated with this environment have emerged. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the sociological requirements and imperatives necessary for the realization of the purposeful development of cyberspace from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution. The study population consisted of specialists and experts relevant to the research topic, including congregational prayer leaders and university scholars in the fields of communication sciences and social sciences in the city of Kazerun. Based on the qualitative research design, 10 participants were selected through snowball sampling and interviewed until theoretical saturation was achieved. This study employed a qualitative methodology. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and the collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicated that the sociological requirements and imperatives for realizing the purposeful development of cyberspace from the perspective of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution include strengthening cyberspace, managing cyberspace, utilizing opportunities available in cyberspace, promoting Islamic concepts and teachings in cyberspace, combating disbelief, atheism, and hypocrisy in cyberspace, planning to address the harms of cyberspace affecting children and adolescents, emphasizing hope-generating content, ensuring cyberspace security, producing and promoting Iranian digital games, establishing the National Information Network, utilizing the unprecedented capacity of cyberspace for disseminating Islamic teachings, expanding the “Cultural NATO” to guide societal transformations, and fulfilling the requirements of globalization and the new world order. فضای مجازی به عنوان یک زیرساخت فن آورانه برای ارتباطات و تعاملات اجتماعی جایگاه ویژهای در گام دوم انقلاب دارد. در فضای مجازی ارتباطات تسهیل شده و داده های چندرسانه ای شامل: ویدئو، صدا و متن در دسترس هستند. چنین داده هایی جهت ذخیره سازی و استفاده اشتراکی در اختیار کاربران قرار دارند. در حال حاضر، فضای مجازی با توجه به شکل و ماهیت خود معایبی را به همراه داشته و مزایایی را به ارمغان آورده است. بالطبع، فرصت ها و چالش های جدیدی مرتبط با این فضا مطرح شده است. از این رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش الزامات و بایسته های جامعه شناسی در تحقق فرآیند هدفمند سازی فضای مجازی از منظر رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی (مدظله العالی) بوده است.جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه متخصصین و خبرگان در زمینه تحقیق شامل ائمه جماعات و متخصصین دانشگاهی در حوزه علوم ارتباطات و علوم اجتماعی در شهر کازرون بوده است که با توجه به روش تحقیق تعداد 10 نفر از جامعه آماری جهت انجام مصاحبه به روش گلوله برفی و تا زمان اشباع نظری مصاحبه ها، انتخاب شدند. روش تحقیق این پژوهش کیفی بوده و به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شده و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده به کمک روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که الزامات و بایسته های جامعه شناسی در تحقق فرآیند هدفمند سازی فضای مجازی از نظر رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی (مدظله العالی) شامل تقویت فضای مجازی، مدیریت فضای مجازی، استفاده از فرصت ها در فضای مجازی، تبلیغ مفاهیم و معارف اسلامی در فضای مجازی، مبارزه با کفر و الحاد و نفاق در فضای مجازی، برنامه‌ریزی برای رفع آسیب‌های فضای مجازی برای کودکان و نوجوانان، توجه به امیدآفرینی در محتوا، تأمین امنیّت فضای مجازی، تولید و ترویج بازی‌های ایرانی، راه‌اندازی شبکه ملّی اطّلاعات، ظرفیت بی سابقه فضای مجازی برای ترویج معارف اسلامی، گسترش «ناتوی فرهنگی» برای سررشته داری تحولات جوامع و تأمین الزامات جهانی سازی و نظم نوین جهانی می باشد.
