Abstract

Blue criminology in Iran, compared to international standards of blue criminology, is considered nascent. It involves measures such as community-based interventions, mental health interventions, and the prevention of secondary victimization. Through decisive actions at both judicial and executive levels, and the implementation of international laws—including promoting multilateral assistance and government cooperation to facilitate information exchange and rapid crime identification—it can take essential steps in this field. This research is qualitative, employing a descriptive-analytical method, and is based on international documents and a study of national laws and regulations through documentary and library-based research.
