Abstract

This study aims to investigate the jurisprudential and legal aspects of human security, social security, and the rights of future generations in Iran. The research methodology is descriptive-analytical, utilizing library sources, legal documents, regulations, and legal texts. In three sections and six sub-sections, human security, social security, and the rights of future generations were examined separately from jurisprudential and legal perspectives. The results showed that the jurisprudential and legal analysis of human security, social security, and the rights of future generations in Iran emphasizes the necessity of integrating these concepts in national policies and planning. This integration not only contributes to improving the quality of current life but also ensures a sustainable and secure future for future generations. Therefore, establishing a comprehensive and coordinated legal and jurisprudential framework in this area could be considered a fundamental step toward achieving sustainable development goals and protecting human rights in Iran.
