آثار احقاق حقوق زنان در اسلام و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر

زنان به عنوان نیمی از افراد جامعه از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردارند. به‌طوری که در مباحث فقهی و حقوقی ملی و بین‌المللی نسبت به آن‌ها قوانینی مصوب شده است و دولت‌ها را ملزم به اجرای آن کرده است. هدف پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر بررسی آثار احقاق حقوق زنان در اسلام و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و ابزار موردنیاز فیش‌برداری بود. نتایج نشان داد که در اسلام و اسناد بین‌المللی حقوق بشر قوانینی را برای احقاق حقوق زنان مصوب کرده‌اند. هرچند این قوانین اجرا شده است، اما بازهم محدودیت‌ها و کاستی‌هایی در خصوص حقوق زنان از جمله تبعیض جنسیت، محدودیت‌های اشتغال، ارث، دیه و... وجود دارد. برای جلوگیری از این محدودیت‌ها باید قوانین گذشته ملی و بین‌المللی که دارای خلاءهای قانونی است اصلاح گردد و بیانات فقهیان در این زمینه مورد توجه قرار گیرد. همچنین با تصویب قوانین جدید‌تر و دقیق‌تر در خصوص احقاق حقوق زنان قدم برداشت. اگر به شایستگی‌ها و توانایی‌های زنان در عرصه‌های مختلف سیاسی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی توجه شود، می‌توان انتظار داشت که کشور به توسعه پایدار می‌رسد. زنان از دیرباز توانایی‌های خود را به همگان به اثبات رسانده‌اند، به‌طوری امروزه حضور زنان در بازارهای اقتصادی، کابینه دولت، مجلس شورای اسلامی، نقش آن‌ها در آموزش کشور و خانواده نشان‌دهندۀ شایستگی‌های زنان در عرصه‌های مختلف می‌باشد.
