راهکارهای کاهش اطاله دادرسی در سیاست جنایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با تأکید بر مدیریت قضایی

معضل اطاله دادرسی در دادگاههای دادگستری برای کنشگران حوزه قضایی اعم از مراجعین، قضات دادسراها و دادگاهها و همچنین سایر کارکنان و مدیران اجرایی قوه قضائیه، آثار زیانبار فراوانی را به دنبال دارد. یکی از این آثار اختلال عملکرد قوه قضائیه در دستیابی به تحقق هدف دادرسی عادلانه و منصفانه است. این مسئله طور ویژه در نظام دادرسی کیفری اهمیت دوچندانی مییابد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش آن است که با بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت قضایی، راهکارهایی برای کاهش اطاله دادرسی یافت شود. در این پژوهش که با استفاده از منابع کتابخانهای و به روش تحلیلی و توصیفی انجام شده است، اقدامات قوه قضائیه در راستای توسعه و افزایش عملکرد سامانههای الکترونیکی یکی از عوامل بسیار مؤثر از میان سایر عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت قضایی شناخته شد که منجر به کاهش اطاله دادرسی در سیاست جنایی ایران میشود. علاوه بر اینکه با استفاده از این سامانهها، در نتیجه شفافیت عملکرد این قوه و امکان نظارت همیشگی مردم، موجبات تحقق عدالت قضایی از طریق حاکمیت قانون را بیش از پیش قابل دسترسی میسازد.
