مطالعه تاثیر جنگ اوکراین بر دیپلماسی انرژی در روسیه

دیپلماسی انرژی یک از انواع حوزه‌های دیپلماتیک است که هدف آن تامین امنیت انرژی است. انرژی در نتیجه تاثیر فزاینده آن بر امنیت ملی و اقتصاد وارد حوزه دیپلماسی و سیاستخارجی شده است و سبب تقویت هردوی آن‌ها می‌شود. این مسئله سبب شده است تا روسیه با توجه به موقعیت خود از انرژی به عنوان یک ابزار دیپلماسی استفاده نماید اما با وقوع جنگ اوکراین این نوع دیپلماسی دچار تغییر و تحولات فراوانی شده است متناسب با این شرایط مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد تا با بهرهگیری از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی به این سوال پاسخ دهد که جنگ اوکراین چه تاثیری بر دیپلماسی انرژی روسیه داشته است؟ در پاسخ این فرضیه مطرح است که « به نظر میرسد که جنگ اوکراین سبب افزایش نیاز چین به انرژی و کاهش وابستگی اتحادیه اروپا به انرژی روسیه شده است » نتیجهگیری مقاله نشان میدهد که پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی، استفاده از منابع انرژی با هدف دستیابی به اهداف سیاست خارجی بیشترین تاثیر را در فضای پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی داشت و روسیه سعی دارد تا با استفاده از ابزار انرزی بر سیاست‌های داخلی و خارجی کشورهای مصرف‌کننده تأثیر بگذارد اما این فرایند و روند با وقوع جنگ اوکراین دچار اختلال شده و مانع از تحقق این اهداف شده است.
