فلسفه عده و انطباق آن با تحولات اجتماعی و جامعه کنونی

در احکام و قوانین اسلامی زنان پس از انحلال رابطه زوجیت ( در نکاح دائم و موقت) و نیز در مورد آمیزش اشتباهی ملزم به حفظ عده هستند. وجوب عده همانند سایر احکام شرعی دارای حکمت¬هایی است که به تکریم مقام زن و شوهر در بنیاد خانواده، ارزش-گذاری جایگاه مرد و زن در اجتماع و توجه به نقش فرزندان آنان پرداخته است. همواره احکام و قوانین شرعی همسو با نیازهای تکوینی انسان وضع شده¬اند. هر چند علت تشریع احکام شرعی، آیات قرآنی هستند اما حکمت وجود آنها و کشف علل منطقی امتثال آنها، انگیزه¬ای خواهد بود برای بندگان و ترفیع سطح آگاهی جامعه از وضع احکام الهی. در این پژوهش موجبات عده شامل طلاق، فسخ، فوت زوج، انقضای مدت و بذل مدت در نکاح منقطع، مفقودالأثر شدن زوج و وطی به شبهه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و حکمت-های وجود عده با نگاهی به جامعه کنونی و تطبیق با تحولات امروزی مورد تدقیق واقع شده است.
