This study analyzes the characteristics and elements of Islamic civilization-building with an emphasis on the biography of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in the contemporary era. Islamic civilization is founded on principles such as justice, ethical conduct, and rationality, aiming to create a dynamic and sustainable society that addresses both the material and spiritual needs of individuals. The findings of the research indicate that Islamic civilization, in addition to focusing on spiritual dimensions, also emphasizes scientific and economic progress and social welfare. These features distinctly differentiate Islamic civilization from others. Furthermore, recognizing the characteristics of Islamic civilization through the teachings of the Qur'an and Nahj al-Balagha can strengthen the development of modern Islamic civilization and promote social cohesion. This research employs a descriptive-analytical method, utilizing library and documentary sources for data collection.
