Abstract

Attention to the characteristics and distinctions of crimes being committed in cyberspace has led to the formulation of a differentiated approach compared to crimes committed in the physical world, making it comprehensible to the audience of this crime. Therefore, examining the unique characteristics of cybercrimes guides us to the understanding that the models of crime commission in this space will have significant distinctions from those of traditional crimes. Consequently, the differentiation of criminal policy responses in cyberspace, particularly concerning apparent crimes, has led us to investigate important components that assist in this regard. The research method is descriptive-analytical, utilizing library resources for its composition.
